What we collect

• Checkout and orders: name, email, phone if you choose to provide it, delivery address, order contents, notes you leave us, order reference, and payment-related handling as carried out by your payment provider — we don’t store full card numbers if you pay by card elsewhere.
• Technical basics when you browse: standard server or hosting logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested — mainly for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To confirm, fulfil, ship, or service your orders.
• To contact you about those orders — e.g. confirmations, fulfilment updates, or if we need clarification.
• To meet legal obligations (e.g. tax or accounting retention where required).

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it outside the purposes above. If we ever relied on processors (such as hosting or transactional email only to send your order correspondence), they may only handle data under instructions that remain limited to serving Ilare shop operations.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil your purchases, honour returns or claims where applicable, and satisfy accounting or legal retention rules. You can ask about deletion where the law allows.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to certain processing, or request deletion of your personal data — subject to lawful exceptions (e.g. keeping an invoice for taxes). Email us via the channel we publish on the site (or reply to order-related correspondence) and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect shop or legal changes. When we do, the «Last updated» date will change. Ordering after a new version is published may require acknowledging the current Terms of Service at checkout, as described there.
