Who we are

Ilare is a handmade atelier and shop. Goods are handcrafted or curated in limited quantities; descriptions on the site are offered in good faith and may be updated when products change slightly from piece to piece.

Orders

• Listing a product doesn't constitute a binding acceptance until Ilare confirms the order — if an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and refund or credit as appropriate.
• Prices shown include applicable presentation on the storefront; duties or import taxes abroad may remain your responsibility when relevant.
• Checkout requires your agreement with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You affirm the information you provide is accurate enough to deliver your order.

Your data

Your personal details are handled as described in the Privacy Policy: in short, Ilare uses the information you submit only in connection with the orders you place and related lawful operations — not for unrelated commercial exploitation of your data.

Shipping & risk

Delivery timelines are estimates unless we state otherwise at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes according to carrier terms and typical practice once the parcel leaves our care for shipment, unless local law dictates otherwise — we strive to remedy genuine issues fairly.

Returns & handmade nature

Because items may be customised or inherently unique, statutory return rights vary by region. Ask us about eligibility for unworn/unused resale where law or discretion allows — refunds or replacements are judged fairly on a case basis.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilare's aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses not reasonably foreseeable.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continuing to place orders after posting changes means you accept the then-current wording for subsequent purchases.
